    Nice location directly at a quite and beautiful beach. Setting in a large tropical garden.

    Worst hotel in thailnd (besides 6 other very good hotels I have experienced): Unprofessional and not motivated staff at reception and in the restaurant with almost no English skills. First time in Thailand, that our Booked.net reservation could not be found and nothing was prepared at time of arrival. Free wifi only in the lobby. Internet in the rooms for a horrible high fee of 1 Euro per hour !!!!! No baggage servcioe offered by the staff. Parking lot has no light and guests could not see where to park a car. Very old, very loud and inefficient air condition. Beverages in the restaurant are extremely expensive. Worst breakfast I have experienced in Thailand with almost no variety. Very old tv with only 5 Thai channels. Hotel manager had to be waken up for check-out and came in bathrob.

    All in all everything was good, had a really great stay for value for money. Amazing secluded location really close to a beachfront bar / restaurant, local restaurants and the market and center of Khao Lak. The breakfast offered fruit and hot waffles, was absolutely fantastic and lovely and for soy milk for coffee. The pool was amazing and I had hot drinks in the outdoor bar. Besides, there was parking on-site.

    beautiful beach, spacious room layout, decent Thai dishes

    Soundproofing needs serious improvement!!! Late-night noise disruptions and questionable guests really hindered relaxation. Additional dining options or entertainment could help stave off boredom during idle times!!!

    The pool was fantastic with a bar right next to it. The have a mini spa facility right on the beach which is fantastic. Free shuttle to town which ran twice a day

    Too far away from town so we were quite reliant on public transport or the free hotel shuttle which ran twice a day. Although the rooms were serviced everyday, the bathrooms werent properly cleaned. The food could have been better with more variety.

    The authentic Thai eats at the local spots were fire, especially at the beachfront restaurants! The beach vibes were great, with friendly staff making us feel right at home. Plus, the spacious rooms with comfy beds.

    Choosing the option for both lunch and dinner was a HUGE MISTAKE! The restaurant owner was unbelievably rude when he noticed our voucher usage, and my little boy's injury didn't matter at all to him. Reception was no help either, just providing blank smiles.

    This hotel is pure paradise! The beach access was lovely. I spent my days paddleboarding in the warm, crystal-clear water while soaking in fine sunsets. The garden suite was spacious and beautifully equipped, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploration.

    The kids loved the warm pool!

    We did experience some noise from the wedding parties at the neighboring hotel, which interrupted the otherwise peaceful atmosphere occasionally.
